Distilleries are businesses where alcohol spirits are manufactured. Though sometimes connected to a brewery, distilleries exist for a separate process which creates beverages with higher alcoholic content. Distillery spirits include vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, scotch bourbon, and various flavored liquors.
