Global message delivery enables message delivery to any user or page on any Wikimedia wiki. The current bot used for global message delivery is EdwardsBot. You can learn more about EdwardsBot at the English Wikipedia.
Instructions
- Ensure you're listed on the "Access list".
- Fill out the "Spam" page.
- Update the "Status" page writing "Start" on it.
