Noticed your message just now. So sorry for my tardy response.
Might be confusing to try and explain how to add a page via message board. We currently hold wiki meet-ups on Monday and Wednesday evenings at the Occupy Portland library at about 7:00 p.m. We'd love it if you could come. Sorry wikis are so confusing and difficult to figure out.
The good news If you want to try and add something, go ahead and do it. Unlike my user page, I monitor the "recent changes" traffic several times a day (which shows the editing activity on the wiki). If you add an article or some information, I or another admin will be happy to assist with any formatting or other issues.
Hopefully one of these days we'll have much more complete tutorials!
