Southeast Foster Road is a four-lane thoroughfare in Southeast Portland. It begins as a spur off of SE Powell and SE 50th, cutting a southeast diagonal through the neighborhood grid, and continues until it terminates at the Clackamas Highway in Damascus. It is part of the boundaries of the Creston-Kenilworth, Foster-Powell, Mt. Scott-Arleta and Pleasant Valley neighborhoods, and runs through the center of the Lents neighborhood.
