A rural county that makes up the most of South quadrant of Portland, except for the urban of Portland. Though it doesn't touch the rivers, it is still considered by most businesses as a part of the 'four counties' of Portland. Washington, Multnomah in Oregon state and Columbia & Clark in Washington state.
