Frank Ivancie (1924 - ) was mayor of Portland from 1981 through 1985.
A conservative Democrat, his predecessor was Neil Goldschmidt, who left to join the Carter administration as a cabinet office. Ivancie was defeated for re-election by John Elwood Clark, considered by some as a joke candidate.
