The Goose Hollow Inn is a tavern in the Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland located at 1927 SW Jefferson. It was opened in 1967 by Bud Clark and is currently owned and operated by the Clark family. The name Goose Hollow refers to what the neighborhood area was known as in the 1890s and was chosen in the interest of rekindling civic regard for the neighborhood and its history. [1]
