Horse rings were embedded into the curbs and streets of Portland a century ago, to harness the horses for early Portlandites. Today they've become all but overlooked, and nobody ties horses to them... unless they're tiny plastic horses.

Tiger Ring?

Horse rings were embedded into the curbs and streets of Portland a century ago, for early Portlandites to harness their horses. Today they've become all but overlooked, and nobody ties horses to them... unless they're tiny plastic horses.
