The Independent Publishing Resource Center (IPRC), a resource center for zine creation, book binding and printing, was founded in 1998. It is an Oregon nonprofit organization.[1]

In addition to holding classes teaching skills, the IPRC includes one of the largest libraries of catalogued zines from around the world. The library is free to the public, and, like other public libraries, anyone can check out a zine.
