King is a neighborhood in Northeast Portland. It is bounded by NE Ainsworth Street, on the east by various streets (starting from NE 8th Avenue and running through NE 12th Avenue, on the south by NE Fremont Street, and on the west by NE Rodney Avenue.

King's main commercial strip runs north and south along MLK Jr. Blvd and is called Vanport Square, although it's not where Vanport used to be, and it's not square.
