North 45 is a bar and bistro on NW 21st (near Glisan). It is slightly upper class then the bars on its block. It features an array of Belgium beers and 6 draft selections. The front is dark and cozy with table seating with a shared booth along the wall. The bar has curved ledge for elbows.
