'''OMSI''' for short - May 4th, 2010 starts the OMSI Film Festival.

OMSI is located at 1945 [[SE Water Avenue]] in a set of inventively renovated industrial buildings. Before opening at this location in 1992, it was located in [[Washington Park]], where the [[Children's Museum]] is located today. 

The bicycle commuter [[Springwater Corridor]] trail segment begins just south of the OMSI property and leads all the way to [[Sellwood]] then east to [[Boring]].  The [[Caruthers Bridge]] currently under construction also terminates just south of OMSI.
