Plaza Blocks

The Plaza Blocks are two blocks in Downtown Portland that are comprised of Chapman Square and Lownsdale Square. Between the two squares is an elk fountain, which was donated to the city by David P Thompson. The Plaza Blocks and the fountain are on the National Historic Register of Places.
