Purpose

This workshop is designed for people involved in group work on social and environmental justice issues. Fostering a good group process is the critical and often hidden work behind powerful actions and organizing efforts. Skillful facilitation makes for good group decisions and strategic actions, as well as work that is rewarding and empowering for participants. Come to this workshop to learn and practice facilitation and process skills that can improve our work together. The workshop will be facilitated by Abigail Singer and David Osborn, who have a depth of facilitation experience in social and environmental justice movements.
