Richmond is a neighborhood in Southeast Portland. It is bounded on the north by Hawthorne Boulevard, on the east by SE 50th between Hawthorne and Division and SE 52nd between Division and Powell Boulevard, on the south by Powell, and on the west by SE 29th.
