The State of Black Oregon was a report released in 2009 by the Urban League of Portland. The report reveals social and economic disparities faced by the black population of Oregon, which includes Americans descending from Africa, the Caribbean, Brazil, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Haiti, or other Latin American nations.
