- The Portland State University Branford Price Millar Library (1875 SW Park Avenue | Portland, Oregon 97201) is a reliable study spot. New printer/scanners have been installed in the computing areas on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Library.[1] When school is in session (Fall through Spring terms) the library is open until 11:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 'till 7:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.[2]
