I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I created this banner as an extra umph for Occupy Portland on the front page. Then you changed it to something redundant that now is being commented out. Makes absolutely no sense to me. What was there before was fine. So really, I should be saying. Please do not change the banner that was created. Your message above means what?
