Snow Day At Wallace Park
Child laborer toils at the massive 2003 Cocaine Spill in Wallace Park.[1] The incident, considered apocryphal by most scholars, is more popularly known as Snow Day At Wallace Park.

Wallace Park is a city park in Northwest District, bounded by Pettygrove, Raleigh, NW 25th and 26th Avenues. It's adjacent to the Chapman School.
