Main [[Occupy Portland]] Page Almost Unusable

The main Occupy Portland article is so cluttered it has become virtually unusable. Let's please organize a small group to:
- Create a clear, consistent and easy to use navigation section that combines all Occupy related articles into coherent groups (based on similarity of topic).
- Construct an easier to use announcement and breaking news templates that encourage frequent, ongoing updates.
- Combine links to external resources into a table that includes:
- name of resource
- type of resource
- resource summary
- Place as much of the above as is practical into separate templates based on resource grouping.
