A Columbus Day Convergence takes place Monday, Oct. 10 (corrected from the Indymedia post), noon to 6 p.m. starting at the Oregon State Office Building (800 N.E. Oregon St.) and continues to Holladay Park at 2 p.m. for a free chili lunch and open mic (BYOB = Bring-Your-Own-Bowl). At 6 p.m. a procession will begin from the Holladay Park through Steel Bridge, finishing at the #OccupyPortland headquarters at Chapman Square.
