John Elwood "Bud" Clark (1931 - ) was the 40th mayor of Portland, serving from 1985 through 1992. His predecessor was Frank Ivancie.

Clark was born in Idaho. Before election as mayor, Clark ran the Goose Hollow Inn and was known for his "Expose Yourself to Art" poster and for describing himself as a "born-again pagan". Vera Katz was elected in 1992.
