Laurelhurst is a neighborhood that spans Northeast Portland and Southeast Portland.

Laurelhurst's northern boundary is made up of Sandy Boulevard and Interstate 84, its eastern boundary is César Chávez Avenue (formerly 39th), its southern boundary is SE Stark, and its western boundary is 32nd.

The neighborhood is almost exclusively residential, with small pockets of retail and offices on Sandy, Burnside, and Stark. It's an old-school planned development with some of the nicer homes in the whole city, if you go for that sort of thing.
