OMSI from across the Willamette

OMSI for short - May 4th, 2010 starts the OMSI Film Festival.

OMSI is located at 1945 SE Water Avenue in a set of inventively renovated industrial buildings. Before opening at this location in 1992, it was located in Washington Park, where the Children's Museum is located today.

The bicycle commuter Springwater Corridor trail segment begins just south of the OMSI property and leads all the way to Sellwood then east to Boring. The Caruthers Bridge currently under construction also terminates just south of OMSI.
