Downtown parking

Parking downtown is considered by some to be notoriously poor. There is parking on the street (with parking meters) and in various commercial parking garages, both for a fee. The metered parking uses a single payment kiosk nearby, which will take credit cards or quarters that range in price. The kiosk will print out a ticket, which will need to be attached to the curb-side front-side window. A sticker that can be peeled up from behind the ticket can be used to glue the ticket on.

It is usually cheaper to get to downtown by bus, MAX, or bicycle.
