Bitch Media, located in the Alberta Arts District, is a nonprofit feminist media publishing organization that produces the quarterly Bitch Magazine. Bitch: Feminist Response to Pop Culture, began in 1996 in Oakland, CA and moved to Portland in 2007. Bitch Media’s mission is to "provide and encourage an engaged, thoughtful feminist response to mainstream media and popular culture."
Proceeds from She Bop regularly go to Bitch Media.[1]
