Is psychiatric slavery practiced in Portland, Oregon? Where?

Anywhere in Portland where someone is imprisoned for attempting to end one's own life, or forcibly stopped from doing so.

Psychiatric slavery includes civil commitment and the insanity defense.

Jails are for those who attempt to harm others.
