There is some movement in the topic of volunteering, which I have begun to consider after writing the volunteering page. As I began to describe the different types of organizations that depend on a large volunteering workforce, I began to wonder if volunteering should describe what types of volunteering there is: soup ladeling, collecting blankets vs the types of agencies that need volunteers. Perhaps in the future as the volunteering page grows from a single description into more of a portal I will move to make that distinction. --matthew
