Street Roots is a biweekly newspaper published in Portland, Oregon. The paper focuses on issues like homelessness, poverty, personal empowerment, community empowerment and other social issues that are often ignored, but affect all of us.
Joanne Zuhl is managing editor of Street Roots. She is known to work tirelessly to bring community concerns to the forefront of public attention.[1]
