Backspace is an internet cafe and entertainment center on NW 5th between Couch and Davis. Serving vegetarian food and Stumptown Coffee in its cafe and showcasing art and music, the venue has several rooms for gaming purposes. Backspace is host to Dorkbot, PortlandWiki Monday Meets, and other events.

The famous graffiti-wallpapered bathroom in February 2012. Only a few months after the old graffiti had been - sadly - painted over in dark green, it once again flourished with humanity.
