| Belmont's main business district is located in the Sunnyside neighborhood, with the core of the district stretching from SE 32nd to SE 35th. This was the terminus of one of the Eastside's first streetcar lines, making this the oldest Eastside business district outside of the original East Portland and Albina townships.
