Opt In is Metro's online opinion panel. Metro is "the elected regional government for the Portland metropolitan area, Metro works with communities, businesses and residents to create a vibrant and sustainable region for all."[1] Opt In asks participants to "complete two or three short online surveys each month about topics that affect you and your community. Contribute your ideas about schools, housing, sustainability, parks, community centers, clean drinking water and more."[2]
