Allison C. Bonnell was Portland's second mayor. He served from April 1852 until September 1852.
Bonnell was born in New Jersey in 1825. He made his way to California during the gold rush of 1849, and came to Portland in 1850. He worked as bookkeeper for the Reed and Abrams sawmill.
Bonnel won the election by a 7% margin over his opponent, Zachariah C. Norton.
