I think this oughtta be "Library" not "Libraries" -- my understanding is that that is the name of the *institution* (as opposed to a collection of buildings). The buildings are just one aspect of the overall institution; its holdings, its personnel, etc. would be other ways of looking at it. Libraries vs. Library

I think this oughtta be "Library" not "Libraries" -- my understanding is that that is the name of the *institution* (as opposed to a collection of buildings). The buildings are just one aspect of the overall institution; its holdings, its personnel, etc. would be other ways of looking at it.
