health is important in Portland....
vitamin D3 is something that Portlanders may want to take more of..... Vitamin D is created in the body from Sunlight........
biking is healthy......
staying comfortable is healthy....
exercising perhaps about 3 to 4 times a week, vigorously, is healthy... some might say....
