Alberta Park is a 16.7 acre city park in Northeast Portland, acquired by the city in 1921. Its amenities include a full-size covered basketball court, dog off-leash area, paved and unpaved paths, picnic tables, assortment of playground equipment, soccer and softball fields, tennis court and drinking fountains throughout. The park is almost fully shaded by a tall evergreen trees which keep the air noticeably cooler. The park is bounded by Killingsworth and Ainsworth streets on the North and South, and 22nd and 19th streets on the East and West.
