Hal's Tavern aka Havana West is now closed. It was located at 1308 SE Morrison Street.

For a long time, Monday nights were a union solidarity night, and patrons could get 15% off their bill by showing their union membership card.

Stumps are short, minimal pages with only the most basic information.
