There is a lot of biking in Portland. Consistently ranked the top bike city in the States[1][2][3], Portland is second only to Amsterdam in Virgin Vacations' world ranking for the most bike-friendly cities.[1] The question is, is there a point when we can become too bike-friendly? Are there sodomy laws that address this?
