Donald E. Long Home
Donald E. Long Home or Donald E. Long School is a juvenile detention facility (prison for teenagers). Supposedly one of the best of its kind because it is clean and offers classes. Unfortunately, the classes are so low-level (basic multiplication, etc) as to be worthless to even average students, and the teenage inmates' only access to the outside world or fresh air is being let out into concrete enclosures without even grass. Not a home or a school by any reasonable standard.
