Puppet Labs (formally Reductive Labs) is a software company based in Portland, Oregon[1] that develops configuration management software. Its flagship product, Puppet (software), provides configuration management capabilities used by enterprise IT organizations worldwide.

Puppet Labs was founded by current CEO Luke Kanies in 2005 and received $2.25 million dollars in venture capital funding in 2009[2] and a further $5 million in 2010[3].
