Whole Foods Market in the Pearl District features the The Mezz Espresso Bar on the store's mezzanine.
“The Mezz” is open daily from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm. The remainder of the store is open daily from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm, depending on the season.
Entry doors are on Burnside at the corner of NW 12th & Burnside. On May 23rd, 2014[1] the Mezz bathrooms were renovated and no longer are blocked by a bathroom code.
On Saturday, February 28, 2015, a Whole Foods employee working in the Mezz informed a PortlandWiki volunteer that she speculated that the Mezz would eventually undergo a name change "in the next year or so."
Goodies include a selection of Allegro coffee & tea in addition to a featured artisan coffee each week, freshly made juices and smoothies, Kombucha on tap and beer & wine by the glass[2]
