Southwest Portland is one of the Five Quadrants of Portland. It is bounded on the North by W Burnside Street, on the South and West by the city limits (although the West Hills are a physical boundary on the West), and the Willamette River on the East. Southwest Portland includes the site of the original township of Portland.
