The South Waterfront is a recently developed area in the South Portland neighborhood south of Downtown and Interstate 405 and Interstate 5 on the west side of the Willamette River.

The area developed amid the real estate boom of the 2000s. The neighborhood's marketing office described it as "Oregon’s first green neighborhood and the largest green development in the country."

As of July 2010 it consists, most prominently, of five high-rise mixed-use buildings and one high-rise office building:

Nearby is the Matisse, a 274-unit, six-story residential apartment project.
