Portland Eats Out is "a community of like-minded eaters, coming together." "Staff Eaters" hit the streets to build "a tribe of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars and food carts to participate in the program." "Members" are encouraged "to 'Eat Out' frequently on slower nights (Sunday through Thursday)."
