O'Bryant Square is a public square located at SW Park Ave and SW Washington in Downtown Portland. The square is named in honor of Portland's first mayor, Hugh O'Bryant. The park was opened in 1973, and was the first Portland park to incorporate an underground parking garage. The block that it is situated on was intended to be one of the original Park Blocks.
