Timberline Lodge is a skiing lodge located in Mount Hood National Forest that was found in the 1930's; it was built by Works Progress Administration (WPA) during the Great Depression. Timberline Lodge is also the only lodge in North America that is open and available all twelve months of the year! Lessons for all levels of skiers are offered at the lodge, including lessons for experts who want to refine their skills.
