Boise is a neighborhood in Northeast Portland. It is bounded on the north by Skidmore Street, on the east roughly by Rodney Avenue, on the south roughly by Fremont Street, and on the west by Interstate 5.
Boise is the location of the Historic Mississippi Avenue commercial strip.
