Northeast

Northeast Portland is one of the Five Quadrants of Portland. Northeast is bounded by N Williams Avenue on the West, the Columbia River on the North, the city limits on the East, and E Burnside Street on the South. Northeast encompasses the majority of what was once the town of Albina. Northeast Portland also surrounds the independent town of Maywood Park and is the location of the Portland International Airport.
