Hollywood

Hollywood is a neighborhood in Northeast Portland.

Hollywood takes its name from the vintage Hollywood Theater in the middle of its business district, making it the only neighborhood in Portland to be named after a business. It is bounded by NE Thompson on the north, NE 47th on the east, I-84 on the south, and NE 37th on the west.

The neighborhood is primarily a retail district, with less than half of the neighborhood being residential.
