Carts on Foster

Carts on Foster is a food cart pod located on SE Foster Road at SE 52nd. Food carts, Soda Pagoda, covered eating space, and a building featuring a Mini Lompoc Bar. One cart sells vintage clothing, art and housewares. There are plans to include some kind of community gathering space in the building as well.
